Mechanical Engineer with over 24 years of experience in the offshore marine construction. Project management experience covering all aspects of a project from conception to completion, including estimating, planning & scheduling, procurement & contracts, fabrication, and installation. Project Manager on a number of deepwater pipelines, sub-sea installations and commissioning projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Pipeline experience with both the S-Lay and J-lay pipe-laying modes. Scott Smith - MBA
Over 21 years of experience in the offshore and onshore Oil & Gas industry. For 5 years, responsible for all aspects of contract operations for major and independent E & P companies including management of personnel, facilities, developing / maintaining budgets, writing contracts and proposals, service quality, and client negotiations. For 16 + years supervised and worked on several offshore production operations for a major E & P company managing large, complex infrastructures and fields in the GOM including supervision of production personnel, maintenance of surface facilities, coordination of well work-over and construction activities with production operations, well optimization, and coordination of logistics for the fields.


 

Darrel Kempf
Over thirty years of Oil & Gas engineering/management experience. Managed all operational and maintenance functions for 600+ onshore oil and gas wells and 4 gas processing plants based out of New Orleans, LA. Served as Project Manager designing and constructing the $140,000,000 Main Pass 299 oil and gas facility, including the Gulf of Mexico’s first gas treating / sulfur recovery unit. Assisted with the design, drilling and completion of 105 well drilling programs in Montana’s Bowdoin Field. Directly managed budgets up to $300,000,000 with facilities ranging in scope from extremely large, remotely located copper mines, to oil and gas drilling fields with up to 900 producing wells. Richard Wickboldt, P.E.
Structural Engineer with over 8 years of fabrication, design, and estimating experience. Spent several years at a major fabrication yard working as the lead project engineer on (2) 5,000-ton deepwater topsides, (2) 600 ft. jackets, and (1) compliant tower. Has also been involved on the structural design of all types of offshore structures, including: large & small deck topsides, hulls, jackets, tripods, and caissons.

Mechanical Engineer with over 16 years of experience in the offshore and onshore Oil & Gas and environmental consulting industries. Responsible for all aspects of the project including permitting, engineering, project management, contracts, fabrication, transportation, and installation of onshore and offshore structures and process facilities. Glenn Mediamolle
Industrial Engineer with over 3 years of experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry. Responsible for all aspects of the project including permitting, engineering, project management, contracts, fabrication, transportation, and installation of onshore and offshore structures, pipelines, and process facilities. Served as Project Manager for the design and construction of over 40 offshore pipelines as well as a number of single/multi-well facilities.

Hamilton Martin
Over 35 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry both onshore and offshore. Extensive experience in all phases of oil and gas construction and inspection: riser and pipeline installation, tie-ins, hot taps, de-watering and hydrostatic testing of pipelines and risers, P & A of structures, risers and pipelines, SBM installations and repairs, lay barge operations, welding and coating inspections, fabrication inspection, and testing of welders. Extensive experience with R.O.V. and ONE - ATMOSPHERE UNITS. Extensive experience on pipeline inspections, as-built surveys, magnetometer surveys, side-scan sonar operations, hot taps, salvage of structures and vessels, structure sets and underwater completions. Domestic and international experience. Extensive experience as project manager, QA representative, site inspector for all aspects of the fabrication, manufacture, & installation of risers, flowlines, & umbilicals on numerous deepwater projects.
