Fairwinds International is supplying the project management team to an independent E&P company for a major project. The scope is to refurbish an existing deck, add topsides facilities including new production equipment, ancillary piping, quarters and helideck. The deck will weigh about 1600 tons upon completion. A new jacket was fabricated and will be installed with the topsides.

Working with a local engineering company engaged for the detailed design, we acted as owner's representative managing design issues and worked closely with vendors of equipment and systems.

Our project management team consists of specialists for project management cost control, scheduling, process engineering review, HAZOP studies, project management, safety-in-design reviews, management of change and other owner studies.

In addition we are responsible as owner's construction engineering team for vendor surveillance, site fabrication management, commissioning, installation and start-up assistance.

We are tasked to furnish an offshore facility that meets all local and federal codes, meets the design criteria, and is fabricated and installed in a manner totally committed to remaining incident or injury free to personnel and the environment.
